REALTYPRO.NG may amend/modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the amended terms and conditions on Realtypro.ng. You may periodically review the amended terms and conditions to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of Realtypro.ng shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms and conditions, as amended/modified from time to time. REALTYPRO.NG may also suspend the operation of Realtypro.ng for technical support or upgrades, maintenance work, to update content or for any other reason.
If you use Realtypro.ng in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, REALINKS GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek further relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be deemed appropriate.
Definitions
The term Subscriber would include any natural or legal person who has subscribed to the Services of Realtypro.ng (whether paid or free), and to whom access to Realtypro.ng is restricted by the use of a sign in the name of user and a password. The username and password are either assigned by Realtypro.ng, chosen by the subscriber, or accepted by Realtypro.ng. It is clearly stated that only the Authorized User has the right to access the Services thus offered by Realinks Global Resources Limited.
The term Browser/Visitor shall mean and include a person who uses any of the Services offered by Realinks Global Resources Limited on its portal - Realtypro.ng, without the need or obligation to create an account, i.e. who visits unrestricted parts of Realtypro.ng

The terms "User" and "Client" include both Subscriber/Advertiser(s) and Browser(s)/Visitor(s)
The terms 'Service' or 'Services' would mean including the interactive online information service offered by Realtypro.ng on the Internet through which the user can access the information carried by Realtypro.ng in the database maintained by it. The terms would also include search tools through which the user can search the hosted databases and information using a number of search tools which are present with a selection matching their search criteria and research. The term would also include services in the form of space used by customers for advertisements such as listings and banners. Users then select one or more of the presented items to view the complete document/record. The term Service does not extend to Realtypro.ng acting as an agent, express or implied, on behalf of any User/Client.
SUBMISSION AND ADMINISTRATION OF ADVERTISEMENTS/ADMINISTRATION
Any user agrees not to submit any property description, photograph, financial, contact or other information contained in each property's data to Realtypro.ng unless the user submitting such listing/advertisement has acquired all necessary rights and permissions of the owner of this property or the holder of the power of attorney, including from the photographer and/or the copyright holder of any photograph, to publish and advertise the said Property(s) on the User's website or on Realtypro.ng.
LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
RealityPro may provide links to other third-party web sites or resources. REALITYPRO makes no representations whatsoever about any other website which you may access through RealityPro.
Payments for services offered by Realtypro.ng will be made on a 100% advance basis. Payment for the Service once subscribed by the subscriber is non-refundable and any amount paid will remain appropriate. Refund, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Realtypro.ng. REALTYPRO.NG makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching Users' cards/bank accounts. User acknowledges and agrees that Realtypro.ng, at its sole discretion and without prejudice to any other rights and remedies it may have under applicable laws, shall be entitled to set off the amount paid or payable by a subscriber/user. against any amount payable by the user to REALTYPRO.NG under any other agreement or commercial relationship concerning other products/services. Realinks Global Resources Limited makes no warranty as to the availability of the server or the proper functioning of the applications. Everything is done as far as possible and the liability is limited to the reimbursement of the amount only.
Realinks Global Resources Limited assumes no liability for the Free Services on its portal – https://realtypro.ng.
Realinks Global Resources Limited reserves the right to modify/modify or change any or all disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without notice. All terms/disclaimers, whether specifically mentioned or not, shall be deemed included if reference is made to them.
Realtypro.ng uses the utmost care to ensure that all electronic money transfer data/information does not fall into the wrong hands. To conduct online transactions involving payments, a user is directed to a payment gateway, Realinks Global Resources Limited does not store or retain credit card data. Since the transaction occurs on a third-party network not controlled by Realinks Global Resources or her product’s platform - Realtypro.ng, once a credit card transaction has been made, payment information is not accessible to anyone at Realinks Global Resources Limited or its product’s platform - Realtypro.ng after the transaction is completed online on the payment gateway, this guarantees the maximum security.
Realinks Global Resources Limited or its product’s platform - Realtypro.ng shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any User account information and/or information relating to or relating to online transactions using Credit Cards. credit/debit cards and/or their verification process and details nor for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies with respect to any information so disclosed and used, whether or not in connection with any legal proceeding or otherwise. Although Realinks Global Resources' payment reconciliation team works every day, REALTYPRO.NG makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or timeliness of refunds reaching subscribers' cards/bank accounts. This is due to the multiplicity of organizations involved in processing online transactions, the internet infrastructure issues currently available, and financial institutions' working days/holidays. Refunds for erroneous/objectionable property content displayed on the site would be at the discretion of Realinks Global Resources limited, owners and operators of Realtypro.ng.
If you use Realtypro.ng in a manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions, Realinks Global Resources Limited team may terminate your access, block your future access and/or seek further relief as the circumstances of your misuse may be deemed appropriate.
User agrees to treat all information obtained from the Service, including listings, membership directory and any information otherwise made available to User in the Service ("Content") as the property of Realinks Global Resources Limited, owners and operators of Realtypro.ng. User agrees that Members Only Content will be kept confidential and protected as a trade secret of Realtypro.ng.
Realtypro.ng does not guarantee the accuracy of, endorse or recommend any content and a user uses such content at their own risk. A User may access the Service Listings/Ads only to obtain initial information from which further evaluation and investigation may begin. User shall limit access to and use of the Lists to personal and internal use and shall not use the Lists obtained from the Service for any distribution, publication, public display, or preparation of derivative works or facilitate any of these activities in any way. User shall not use or reproduce any Content obtained from the Service, or otherwise made available to User in the Service, for or in connection with any other Service or Listing/Advertising Device. Further, User shall not use the Service provided by the Company in any other way for or in connection with any other SEO Service or Device. Users violating these specific terms, in particular Users seeking the Service improperly or excessively, by automated or manual means, will be subject to immediate termination of their membership without notice.
All logos, brands, trademarks and Service marks ("Marks") appearing in Realtypro.ng are the properties owned by Realinks Global Resources Limited and/or its associates. All rights accruing from the same, statutory or otherwise, wholly vest with Realinks Global Resources Limited / its associates. The access to Realtypro.ng does not confer upon the User any right to use in respect of these Marks and therefore the use of these Marks – Realinks Global Resources Limited or Realtypro.ng in any form or manner whatsoever is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the above would constitute an offense under the prevailing laws of Nigeria.
REALTYPRO.NG respects the Intellectual Property Rights of all, it has and will continue to adhere to all the laws applicable in Nigeria in this respect. Realinks Global Resources Limited shall protect and respect the Intellectual Property Rights of the users as well as third parties to the best of its ability. In a case where a User(s) are found to be using Realtypro.ng as a platform to infringe the Intellectual Property Rights of others, Realinks Global Resources Limited will be free to terminate this Agreement forthwith without any notice to the user.
By allowing Users to access Realtypro.ng, Realinks Global Resources Limited grants the Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, revocable license (the "License") to access and use the Services, provided that the User is in compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

Unless otherwise stated and notwithstanding anything contained in any other agreement or arrangement, however named, the performance obligation of REALITYPRO (Service Provider) is to provide access to its online portal to the Client for the duration of the subscription period and reference to any use, by whatever name or any other obligation of performance, if any, is to provide the upper limit of consumption, which, in itself, does not create any obligation to additional performance for REALITYPRO. .
Realinks Global Resources Limited may, without notice, in its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate or restrict your use of or access to RealityPro (or any part thereof) for any reason whatsoever, including, without limited to, that Realinks Global Resources Limited based on its judgment and perception believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.
Unauthorized submissions and use of any information/materials contained on RealityPro may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws, certain communications laws and regulations and other applicable laws, statutes and rules and regulations. You are solely responsible for your actions or the actions of anyone using your username and/or password.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Realinks Global Resources Limited and/or its associates, subsidiaries, their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensees, business partners and agents, against any claim, action or demand, including, without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or arising out of your use of RealityPro Materials or your breach of these terms and conditions or any applicable law.
Realinks Global Resources Limited will not be party to any legal proceedings between the parties contracted through these Services. In the event that her product - REALITYPRO is involved in legal proceedings, the costs will be recovered from the party that appoints REALITYPRO as a party to such proceedings. Realinks Global Resources Limited will comply with any court order served on it in due process.
If any dispute arises between certain users and REALITYPRO arising from the use of the website or thereafter, in relation to the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of these terms and conditions, the dispute will be submitted to a sole Arbitrator who will be an independent and neutral third party identified by Realinks Global Resources Limited.
THIS AGREEMENT between you and Realinks Global Resources Limited governs your use of RealityPro. If any provision of these Realinks Global Resources Limited terms and conditions or any part thereof is inconsistent with or held to be invalid/void by or under any law, rule, ordinance or regulation of any government or by the final decision of a court, such inconsistency or invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision of the terms and conditions.
Realinks Global Resources Limited’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such right or provision in the future.
